In 1973, our grandfather started this business with a single machine and a simple idea: clean people’s carpets the right way and they’ll call you back. He was right. Word spread through the neighborhood, then through the city, and the business grew — not because of advertising, but because of the work.
When he passed the business to our parents, nothing changed except the hands holding the equipment. Same standards, same community, same insistence on doing the job right even when no one would notice the difference. By the time we took over, the business had already outlasted a dozen competitors who came and went chasing scale we never wanted.
Today it’s still two people. We load the truck, we knock on your door, we do the work, and we stand behind it. If something isn’t right, you call us — not a customer service line. That’s not a policy. It’s just how a family business works.
